Thurs. 10.00p.m. We were in at the hospital earlier this evening. We did not see Jonathan but spent a little time with his parents and Samuel. They are very appreciative of praying friends who are supporting them at this most difficult time.
Jonathan has a chest infection, which apparently can happen in these kind of circumstances. The doctors have been careful to identify the infection in order to give the correct medication and this has required 24 hours. In the meantime Jonathan was back on his usual sedation. His brain pressure is stable.
It was touching to learn from his mother that she has been asked to bring in his toilet bag. This is so that he can get the smells that he is used to, and so stimulate the brain. What amazing bodies the Lord has given us!
